Spirited driving, good handling.

I you don't mind old car, Mazda MX5, first or second gen
some already fit in with turbo, have high power to weight ratio.

Another is S2000, slightly over your budget, but stock car is already good enough.

TS if I'm you, i will keep the City and buy another cheaper weekend spirited car. So you don't need to worry about its practicality while enjoy the good performance at he same time. It's not easy to find performance + practical car with the budget you propose.

Make me wanna get a turbo MX5 now...

performance wise CRZ is just like like City right?
Head turner unchecked, because gonna be all over the street soon or later.

Switch from City to CRZ?
It's like change from Pesona to Gen2? lol
