For a NA, you can't expect much unless you play with high-cams or force induction. those would easily set you <10k and sends chills down your spin everytime you sit on your car. When you're getting all accustom to the car of you've reached the limit, then you will only move to the next phase.

rims is one way of getting a good upgrade. good lightweight and good looking rims can actually improve your cars performance slightly. coupled with some good suspension to improve the handling, you will get a nice car.

Honestly when you say you need a whole new look, I can't think of any sub 100k new cars. Moreover fiesta is off the list. I think it's better that you stick with your current ride till you have enough budget to get a 200k ++ car. definitely it can fill up most of your demands. in the meantime just invest in property and gain the $$.
