Just bought this phone for my sister for 899. Free 3 gifts, casing(40) + sp(20)=50. So total 949. Waiting for ICS.

I just knew from my sister; she said that she kept losing credits from the very 1st time she used the phone. As far as I know, this thing is usually caused by data enabling, but there's no such thing in this phone; only 'use packet data' and 'data roaming'. But both have been disabled. So, please anyone help me to help her solve this. I know how it felt when credits keep losing as I've experienced it before. And btw, she's on 2.3.6
