FOr those who works in KL, Kota Kemuning may be a better option from distance perspective.....by the way, USJ, putra heights houses also around 600-700k+ for 22x75/80......Well, this is not a comparison with Bandar botanic if location factor is included.

Btw, I do like bandar botanic but just warning to those working in KLCC area...it will be 40-50km per trip, so please take note. If you are the type of person who dislike and feel stressful traveling this distance day in day out....you may explore other option. By the way, i think 720k would be the least favorable unit.....GL is surely going to price those garden facing close to 800k
