Latest news from GL sales person, Armaya III launching in coming 1-2 mths.. with 3 storey terrace link house, 3200-3400 sf.. Do agree with rongfu, 22'x90' for proposed layout... heard that developer selling price starts from 730K - 1.1mil depending on unit orientation... facing lake/sf
Added on March 11, 2012, 3:34 pmI'm 'bandit' for this Armaya III launching... it's quite worth to get it with 720k, since terrace houses at Kota Kemuning/Utama with 2000+ sf ad reach 630-650K ..

spydermind, what i am going to translate is that interm of RM/sf between double storey terrace for BB & KK.
eg, KK double storey with 2100sf = 630-650k ~ abt RM300/sf IF in the event that developer launch say, RM750K for 3 storey terrace house with 3200sf, precisely BB only cost ~ RM240/sf
The only diff between KK n BB is just 10 mins travel + KESAS toll..

Yes, do agree with beb21.. These round heard that GL only offer 70 units of sales unit, pricing may varies from 700K - 1mil, depending on BU, LA, orientation... i heard this come the Armaya 3 is located near to BB Lake.. some facing lake, some may not...
