Hi guys,
Need piece of advice from experience sifu here. I hv booked Armaya 3 22x90 facing lake (3 storey with built up approx. 3300 sft) Do you think that it is a good buy for investment ? Compare to Armaya2 20x75 not facing lake priced btw 560-608k? Thx |

This is one of few units (less than 15 units) that are facing the lake. Nice view of water fronting, playground and semiD across the lake. Ample space for parking in front of house. This is a developer unit. Price 750k. |
