QUOTE(JynoRip @ Feb 3 2012, 10:02 PM) some noob question to ask.. Try backup ur memory card data to another source, then format the sd card from the phone. Transfer back the data and use for few days.before this my galaxy s always hanging and laggy. always need to remove battery for restart. yesterday i remove my 2gb memory card, then problem gone == .. is it cause of the memory card? See if it resolves the case. |

to be honest, tested few Home Launcher which includes the following:
1. SPB 3D Shell 2. GO Launcher EX 3. Zeam Launcher 4. MX Home Launcher 5. ADW 6. etc... The lightest i felt is LauncherPro.... although build in widgets are limited... but its realy darn smooth and responsive. Not much fancy stuff. But functionality lacks abit like creating folder. additional feature is available for Plus version~~ This post has been edited by RoxyMunky: Feb 10 2012, 09:11 AM |

QUOTE(MYstombox @ Feb 10 2012, 08:47 AM) launcherpro is kind of dead already. my bad... just sharing things that i find out gooding. And i used it before, it gets judder once in a while. And unlocking it without paying the dev; although he gave up development. isn't the wisest thing to say here. amending the post after 90 secs~ |

QUOTE(drkpower @ Feb 27 2012, 03:03 PM) usually i did wipe dalvik cache too..no reason cuz i'm juz following the other people at mintberry xda thread..haha but this step is not mentioned in the thread wor If you're coming from Cyanogenmod or Samsung firmware based ROM - Download the ROM from here - Reboot to recovery - Wipe data/factory reset - Flash downloaded zip - only from samsung: Your phone will reboot and go into bootloop. That's normal. Press Power + Home + Vol Up for 10 seconds and you'll be into recovery - Wipe data / factory reset - Format /system - Flash Mintberry again - Reboot Added on February 27, 2012, 3:07 pm QUOTE(drkpower @ Feb 27 2012, 03:03 PM) usually i did wipe dalvik cache too..no reason cuz i'm juz following the other people at mintberry xda thread..haha ei.... im stucked at the BootScreen for more than few minutes di... still not going through... just looking at the platypus made me worries.. QUOTE(MYstombox @ Feb 27 2012, 05:51 PM) MIUI mintberry the newest patch and the 2.2.17 has issues. running it with the latest patch... so far so good.My user keep reporting SOD and auto shut down. The previous version is better, especially the one with NEO kernel. Now with glitch, really glitchy. encounter auto restart when trying to PrintScreen the ROM ToolBox OC slider menu. |
