Contractor say gradient not good thats why leaking. They seal it many time but strong rain with wind make it leaking again.

It's true that the roof gradient/pitch contributes to leakage. The lower the pitch, the higher the chance of leakage. You can't do much other than changing the whole roof.
There are many causes of leakage, some of which can be tricky to trace. You need to get people climb into the roof to do the checking when it rains, quite lecer.
The worst thing is that the roof structure has sagged/deformed. You'll have to redo the roof structure again which is not feasible if you're occupying the house.
