No , I just bought the Central Residence SOHO only. Since the leaf project is our neighbour and just opposite our site and the pricing and start construction are quite similar, so I very frequent go into the Leaf thread and see the progress.

For the Central Residence developer reputation , I think you need not worry about their financial and quality. They should do alright based on the track record.

For the Leaf, the developer is quite new and have few big on-going project/ Should monitor closely.

The salesman shouldn't and stupid to do get ang pow from you. He is so desperate!!

I mean the sales guy. maybe he think tat i'm gal so i will give him angpow...

Usually is customer receive angpow ma esp referer fee...last time they got offer rm500 if i can refer them to someone who is interested to buy but loan need to get approved to get that rm500 la..

anyway i think this sales guy need to kena kaw kaw from yuk tung like that.

He intro d loan rejected unit to me ...n he ask us gv him big ang pow once loan approved...I agree lo coz ang pow's amount is sesuka hati...Then he called me n ask us pay him 5k as ang pow when my loan approved...After that, my bf is angry n direct call to Mr.Ong bout this lo...He nvr call me after this

The sales guy been resigned from Yuktung and change to a new company. U can see him at Midvalley. Same place. Just beside McD side at AEON big.

I file a complain till the senior management team call me to say sorry on tat incident and they make sure tat no more this type of incident happen in future and say they will fired the sales guy immediately.
