May be you send email to ur lawyer. Nothing can be done via phone call. Like my case, in dec 2012, the developer charge me RM 85.20 for the interest of late payment (interest to be calculated on day to day basic from due date until full payment at the rate of 10% per annum) issues by my Maybank. Average RM 10.65 per day. I called developer and they ask me pay it, i call my lawyer and they just send me a chronology letter, then i email to developer state that is not my faulth for the late payment but is the developer site instead by showing them the letter, follow by call, then chase them on the result, after 3 weeks i received letter from the developer that the interest waived sweat.gif

you better dont wait letter from the developer as this will disappoint u later. call their office, ask the pic email address and write an email to them together cc a copy to ur loan lawyer. follow up with the pic again from time to time. no one can help u except urself when the late interest penalty comes to u. Pls read the item 2 in the letter i received from developer, is always our (purchaser) liability for the outstanding progress payment.

Received letter yesterday (29/1) from developer asking for stage 3 payment for completion of the structural framework at my level 9 in soho unit, the date of invoice is 9/1/2014, and the due date of payment is 17/2. Have to followup with bank closely so that i dont have penalty imposed for late payment again T.T

Dont know what happen with the developer or POS office (maybe?) the invoice date is 9/1, received 29/1, and now Maybank told me they did not get the invoice! Due date 17/2, have only less than 10 days to proceed payment>.< you better check with the developer, orelse, they will point the finger to us as a buyer saying that is our responsibility to followup the payment like what they did to me last time
