If they just built and expect miracles, I am in deep shit.

That is why it is very important that a good branded developer be associated with a good block of units. And this sells. Seringin Residence despite so high price is so sort after and every one is dreaming to own one, if they can afford.
Even before completed, everyone speaks so good of it.
Sub sale is selling really hundreds of thousands above the original price.
Their buyers are rich and can afford to buy. Not from those rejected loan types who buy this development.
Now, this is a fine example I am talking about. The Brand sells itself.
Like BMW, like Audi, Mercedes, the brand sells by itself, even you have not own one or driven in one. You are sold by these Brands that these are super good cars. High price is expected but the rich are willing to pay.

Now back to our Central Soho, my only wish is in the hands of the mgt of this developer . Will they make this a branded Place or will it be just another block of building hanging around that road, and that's all.

I cannot say I hope. It is in their hands.

Once completed, and many rich are rushing to stay there, and pay extra RM 200k I think I will be willing to sell . After all, that's what investment is all about.

Investment is buying lowest, or mid price, sell and cash out. Make money.

Sometimes award winning doesn't mean anything. The haven condo in Ipoh also won award but I really don't know how they make it. It is priced at premium price too.

Go to Desa petaling n up that cinema complex floor and from that floor, you can see opposite the road project which is Central !
Very clear n good view!!

My unit at Central is facing KL cityscape, so.. er... I like

KL-Spore high speed train confirmed.. hope will eventually benefit Central Residence, which is near to Bandar Tasik Selatan, mostly would be one of the high speed train station..

Where to got this news? Any link? Anyway, that's a good news.

By which our condo soho be 5 year OLD!

Therefore a good JMB to ensure that thru out the years it's maintain like a 4 star hotel !
I dare not say 5star as humble pie says its not easy to do that . Talk is easy . Doing it is real and harder.

A quality type of tenants n owners are needed to show that the place is great . It's very easy to slip into a bad situation where bad hats and security the concern .

Despite buying high floors i got this tendam parking .
Until I took action to seek from their mgt ,
Only I managed to get side by side !!
Now. Less worry .

Tell me. Who will not be worry if u got such parking ?

Maybe you say u are not .
For me. A side by side parking very important for me to give my future renting customer more choice to park anytime he wants without getting the other party to remove his car !
If tendam parking , that is the inconvenient !

just settled the downpayment for soho unit.mine at level 19. parking at different level not side by side. L3 and LG.gonna sign loan agrmt this weekend..

got this unit coz released by developer as previous buyer doesnt qualify for loan:)

if the train really come true, all the soho unit and service apartment unit will be very happy and the price of the property maybe appreciate to certain amount...

The central residence is  1.4 km away from TBS (Terminal Bersepadu Selatan) (if the High Speed Train really stop by here). The  1 Petaling Condo and The Trillium (YtL Sungai Besi) should benefit more because they are nearer.

I feel that it will appreciate if central residences is a walking distance to the station. With the distance 1.4 km, no matter how you still need to drive.

I rather worry if that place is kept highly secured or clean or lousy name.

With all the top points like security n clean n good std in name image, at least I can rent out to expats Indians from India n simple self business man etc

My rental man surely got car to Mercedes to drive around . Taxi many is a good point.

Free shuttle is not a plus point to tell my high rental paying man .

I previously booked a unit in the court, but then decided not to go ahead with it, and the sales agent from yuk tung promised to refund my deposit more than a month ago, but now they are not responsive to my emails at all. can anyone help?
