With the price of 650k is not consider high price. it mean tat ur earning is freaking high and at least ur earning is 10k per month. For those who earning 5k per month, it maybe just enough to buy those 'pigeon' house. for those earning below 5k is really berry hard to get the house unless they buy outskirt house such as banting, bukit beruntung, tanjung malim and etc. u noe that a house of selling price at 650k, how much the monthly instalment need to pay. Assume u loan 90% of the amount and use 35 years to pay off the debts with the interest of 4.2%, the monthly installment at least RM2600 per month.

so do u still think tat 650k is not consider high price? for those who earning 5k per month, it just enough to pay the instalment provided the ppl dun have other loan such as HP, personal loan to pay.......

yes.....for me 400k is expensive for me but cherrycute say 650k is not consider high.......this is why i say we cant use our limit as other ppl limit.....

the main thing that attracted me to purchase this place is the shuttle bus service to TBS and KLCC. tho i own 2 cars (a nice one for weekend and affordable one for weekdays use) i would really really love to take advantage of the public commute. i read along this 100 pages of thread about shuttle bus service might have gone away when JBM took over but i was hoping the otherwise in the long run (providing it makes sense $$$ wise and convenience wise eg frequency vs fares). there are people that can afford cars but would prefer to take public commute (me! me!!) to compensate the headache of daily traffuc and carbon footprints (yes i am a treehugger and also the panda lover). i can also give away my weekdays car and just keep my favourite one at the tandem carpark i have with my unit biggrin.gif

I totsally agree with ur statement... if the shutter bus is running smooth enough, i prefer to taker the bus instead of jamming on the busy road...... even short journey, it may take an hour to reach the destination.... i really fed up on our traffic situation nowadays in kuala lumpur......

No Use if u believe banker say..... cos yuk tung launch first phrase in year midst of year 2011, second phrase in midst of year 2012 and third phrase is year 2013. banker just assume all project will finish at 3 years. so they will tell u on tat way....

I brought my the court unit in Oct 2012 and the due date should be 3 years from Oct 2012. by calculating on this way, yuktung should give my unit key in oct 2015. I excite to see my unit in year 2015. there is another 1 year 8 months...... rclxm9.gif thumbup.gif

For me, I dun like scott soho unit here cos they rent out with a lot of blackie, thailand and many more different country ppl. and somemore bottom of the scott soho are pub area....... very noisy..... cos i working at scott soho at this moment.....

I dun think so.......soho parking lot is belong to soho and phase 2 and phase 3 got differ parking lot. at this moment, I totally cant see the parking lot floor been build up. i worry on my lot since this is my first house which I bought.

After the foundation, then they will start erecting typical floors onwards. The 6 level carpark and residence unit after that. Should be able to complete 1 floor in 2 weeks similar to the SOHO progress.
