Even if we face the graveyard but the CR IS A SUPER INTELLIGENT BUILDING, very safe, very popular as quality, clean and good, this property will by itself get extra better rental!!!

but one thing is the staircase..... they oso need to be one of the security door.... cos normally come down from particular floor, u no need to use any access card to go to the lobby or basement....

If the staircase can enter by anyone, then a lot of case can happen..... hope tat the staircase oso need to use the access card to enter.... i mean oni at lobby staircase door.... like say i live at level 9 and i wan to visit my neighbour at level 10 or few more level, i can use the staircase to walk up to my neighbour level...

I been staying at Australia for 3 years when i study there..... most of the unit at Melbourne using the same system . it mean that when u are visitor which u wan to visit ur neighbour, u need to press his/her unit number and ur fren will open the door as well as the lift which he/she just can press the level which u stay..... this is to prevent some of the robbery enter into someone unit easily.....

No. is like intercom telephone and the unit owner can see the face whom press the unit number. once the owner confirm is one of his/her fren, then the owner just press a button and let his/her fren to come into the lobby and press for the lift. the fren only able to press the lift with the level whereby his/her fren staying.....

One rent guy I read got all his things like laptopn personal items stolen as he suspect the thief or robbery climb in thru the bathroom window !!! A big loss of money for him .

I quickly ensure my bathroom window shut tightly
And so now worst. I am 100% aircon when I am in the condo !!! Day or night !!!

At midfield? the robbery break in into the main gate izzit? midfield lift can enter by anyone and any floor rite? but for CR u cant enter any floor except ur own floor. there is a special key which u need to tag at the lift for u to press ur floor...

What is the name of the sales agent? You should highlighted to Yuk Tung Management so they can take action on the sales agent. Most of the sales agent want to earn commission only. Once you signed you booking form, they oledi earn the commission whether you able to loan from bank or not. If you can't loan from bank or u wan to terminate it, the deposit tat u paid will minus RM500 for the processing fees.

For my case, the sales agent wan to get ANGPOW from me after I signed my SPA. the initially, he wan to get RM8XXX for his angpow but I told him that angpow is depend on me the amount to be paid. He keep negotiate the angpow with me until I fed up on him. So I straight away complain to Yuk Tung management and he don't dare to sms me n kacau me again. Besides that, he oso stop working from Yuk Tung.

Their Salemen i ask those  days, about my car park, and each one, can creatively tell me, he did all he can.

If i believe him, today, my car park will still be tendam ( up/down) layout. I dont give face and ask straight away by writing and email to CEO.
I got a firm reply and they ask me to go there meet their GM Marketing lady, and she gave me side by side parking. And change the details in my S&P Contract via the lawyers, as the car park numbers are changed already due to the new layout.

These days, tough people only exist or can cari makan and get honest replies. If we are soft approach, u get peanuts replies.

If I not mistaken, Yuk Tong provide 4 tiers security ( CCTV, security, car park access and the floor access). Correct me if I wrong. cos last time, i do asking them whether I can enter to SOHO top swimming pool or not. at initial place, the salesman told me cannot. I just can enter the The court service apartment which I bought.

After that, I clarify with Mr. Ong( one of the senior at Yuk Tong), The court residents can enter both swimming pool. the access card can allow us to enter to phase 1 swimming pool and our respective floor only. This is to prevent those outsider to come in n steal cos as per citydude say, once the outsider come in at the main door, they can simply press any button of the lift to enter into any floor.
