Our CR is not half km or at the platinum park property.
CR is miles and miles away from KLCC. Facing it don't have a rule that we are going to get higher rental or + 500% rental higher?

CR better concentrate being a safe and reputable, clean and well managed residence property and business address.
Even if we face the graveyard but the CR IS A SUPER INTELLIGENT BUILDING, very safe, very popular as quality, clean and good, this property will by itself get extra better rental!!!

Yeah, I mean if Condo A and Condo B, one got more awards, which one will u prefer? I mean if apple with apple comparison, i believe with awards got advantage me.

Yeah, for security, CR also not bad because it is 4th tier, meaning you can only access to your floor. 

oh ya didn't think about the staircase. 

think to go to neighbor's unit, need to wait at lobby and to have neighbor bring you to his/her house unless your neighbor is same floor

oh i can't understand how it works. You means the visitor press the unit and the owner need to go to the lift ?

What exactly are the security features that will be used by developer ? You know ? Anyone ?

You said that the security at guard call up guard at block outside block floor that visitor be visiting that block as he sign in book the details .

My current rented condo at midfields is doing this too
Yet all owners install super thick grills at
Windows, front main door grill, bathroom window grill and wet area grill etc

Fact is whatever the security u have , safety can still be compromised !!

One rent guy I read got all his things like laptopn personal items stolen as he suspect the thief or robbery climb in thru the bathroom window !!! A big loss of money for him .

And so now worst. I am 100% aircon when I am in the condo !!! Day or night !!!

been to their property gallery at sungai wang. According to the sales, 75% sold mainly left bigger units and some small units. No bad considering launch since Nov 2012 and the current property outlook not so good.

Hi there.. I am the new tenant for The Court.. :-)

At the beginning, management asked me to talk to the sales agent first.
Then ended up I got scolded rudely by the sales agent 
I called back the management and said I didn't want to deal with the sales agent anymore.

The sales agent focuses on the short term profit only by hitting current sales target, and doesn't mind whether I will be interested in yuk tung's project in future.
This unpleasant experience makes me want to ignore yuk tung's future project.

Besides, when I was signing the booking form, I was about to read the content first, but the sales agent asked me to read at home...
We need to read carefully before signing black & white, don't we?

I have boooked a unit with facing KLCC view (M type). Having said that, I would think the air ventilation/circulation will not be as good as other type of unit because the M type unit is designed to be rearward between others and blocked by a/c. What do u guys think?

If u know how to say this.. why u ever bother to go other places in shopping complex to asks sales men or suggest?

Just be real. go ask the GM of Yuk Tung to give u the reply. And get it from the horse mouth.
If she commit anything she said. u can held her or him responsible for telling you this. If u ask Salemen, i can only say, he left already. so what?

I suggest those who want to know, are they stall the project or doing on time.. ask the big titles guys.
Their Salemen i ask those  days, about my car park, and each one, can creatively tell me, he did all he can.

If i believe him, today, my car park will still be tendam ( up/down) layout. I dont give face and ask straight away by writing and email to CEO.
I got a firm reply and they ask me to go there meet their GM Marketing lady, and she gave me side by side parking. And change the details in my S&P Contract via the lawyers, as the car park numbers are changed already due to the new layout.

These days, tough people only exist or can cari makan and get honest replies. If we are soft approach, u get peanuts replies.

1) Hope this enough. Rental:RM1800-2000 i hope.. otherwise, we shout!!!!
2) Security Access - you guys think, they giving 2 tier or 3 tier access security? The fact that there are shoplots, makes it harder to maintain 100% security unless they have ways to block those intruders to enter via car park or where?

3) My Gembira Residenz Condo. they are giving 3 tiers. Your Access Card can only reach the floor your unit is. And block access to other floors at the lift when u push /flash your Access Card at the lift.

4) At Midfields Condo, once u pass the 2nd Tier, ( Condo Block glass door, u can hand push any button of the  lift to any floor)
