QUOTE(ashwin1234 @ Jan 26 2012, 10:22 AM) I don't see why there are so many people still on CheckROM and even more trying to use it. Criskelo's ROM is equal or better in every aspect and can even do more stuff. The wifi issue I had was only present in CheckROM which is supposed to be a very developed ROM while the wifi worked in CM9 which is considered pre-alpha. I'm using Criskelo ROM v38 now...loving itPlus, CheckROM is KK5 while Criskelo is already KL1. All the themes and mods that I spent hours downloading and like 8 reboots to recovery to apply in the correct sequence are already implemented into Criskelo's ROM by default. |

QUOTE(Nixdorf @ Jan 27 2012, 10:00 AM) Hi to all expert, That is not normal. As Uncle Benny advised, check out Page 1 for battery management.Just want to ask does your S2 battery drain very fast? I was like charging everyday, like 3 times a day Only use whatsapp. No gaming and less website surfing and call unless necessary. Thanks in advance. I'm using Custom Criskelo ROM and running SPB Shell 3D launcher. If I off my 3G, overnight it will drain only 1-2%. With 3G on, it will drain 4-5% max. I have 3 Facebook apps running, weather widget, News update widget, Flickr photos widget etc from SPB Shell 3D all running in the background. Your 69% is NOT normal. If all else fails, reflash a new Stock ROM. Wipe everything and start from scratch. Slowly add back the apps and troubleshoot which is the culprit...or maybe your battery spoilt already Edit: Mine in the original S2 (non-G) version This post has been edited by erymanthus: Jan 27 2012, 10:18 AM |

Hi Nicregi,
I read online reviews that the area highlighted in Red will become loose after a while...so handle with care Edit: I was in a dilemma 2 weeks ago whether to buy Otterbox or Casemate Tough Case....eventually I chose Casemate...still waiting for shipment to arrive. Your Otterbox looks nice This post has been edited by erymanthus: Jan 27 2012, 05:14 PM Attached thumbnail(s) |

QUOTE(TheLaptopDudeGuy @ Jan 28 2012, 05:14 PM) It would be nice if someone did that, its time we had a new style of interfaces, something new, something like WP7. Check out TSF Shell launcher. You tube link below:Don't u find go launcher smoother than adw? ADW isn't as smooth as go launcher to me http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SYzYQ6YtepU |

QUOTE(TheLaptopDudeGuy @ Jan 29 2012, 07:49 PM) : Hi,I recommend dolphin browser, I've been using this browser as my main browser since i first found out abt it. Speed dials are handy, while tabbed browsing saves loads of time I'm using Opera Mobile as main browser followed by Dolphin HD. I haven't heard of BOAT before. Will try later. Tried XScope before but battery drain was significant. |

I'm trying out Boat Browser.
The Auto Fit to page doesn't seem to be working while browsing although in Settings I have already enabled it. Can someone using Boat Browser help me check whether it is like that? Thanks |
