Hi guys. Can i remove the TWLauncher from Bionic rom at all? I found out it lags my phone on the NON-OC rom.

What rom do you guys suggest for more battery saving and less lag? I find that the Bionic rom drains at least 6% for 8 hours sleep . And really really lag.
