QUOTE(cowithgun @ Feb 10 2012, 08:08 PM) i have hard-coded the value in init.rc (which will automatically revert back to my value every reboot). I tried the new V6 supercharger but once run the recommended option after reboot full of FC probe out.but v6 should be able to fix this. i m not sure why v6 didn't work. how about you try to use this newer v6? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread...18#post18703418 lastly, you can manually change that by: echo "1536,3072,19200,23040,24320,32000" > /sys/module/lowmemorykiller/parameters/minfree the value is for option 6 of the new v6. it's not permanent. to make it permanent, put this into /system/etc/init.qcom.post_boot.sh if u use that value, u also should adjust the adj as well: echo "0,1,2,3,4,15" > /sys/module/lowmemorykiller/parameters/oom_adj I have to totally restore back and reinstall ur rom again.... sigh This post has been edited by driots: Feb 10 2012, 08:58 PM |

QUOTE(IwanAGP @ Feb 12 2012, 12:21 AM) He mean face detection. Not face recognition. The face detection is in camera. Not face recognition. LOL Sorry.... mind to ask. how to root using recovery method.Check your 'About Phone' to see your rom version. Is it 2.3.6? If it's 2.3.6, zergrush won't work. Use recovery method. In fact that one is even easier... Do u have the link and file..... |

QUOTE(kevintth @ Feb 12 2012, 12:10 PM) guys... i'm still confusing and want triple confirmation. Swap ur ext sd card to become int sd card so u can have more space. For non-rooted phone. App2SD is supposing to move apps installed on device to removable SD card right? Somehow mine looks weird. See the screen-shots attached. After moved some apps to SD Card, the apps shows my available space is actually total space of USB Storage and NOT removable SD Card storage as shown in the settings (Screenshot 2). Why like that 1? If I unmount the SD Card, those apps moved to SD Card cant open. So i can confirm it is installed on SD Card. But I just don't get it why App2SD indicates my USB Storage space (491mb free) instead of memory card storage (11.5Gb free) . So if I want to move more, can I still make it? As u know sd card have int and ext for this phone. USB Storage = internal sd card This post has been edited by driots: Feb 12 2012, 12:56 PM |

QUOTE(cowithgun @ Feb 14 2012, 02:05 PM) 4. Put the zip (1 file only) into Internal SD. If you downloaded the file in parts, you need to extract it (using 7zip) into only 1 zip. Cow, I manage to get the GT-I8150_COW_IN_BLACK.zipDetailed steps: 1. right click on GT-I8150_COW_IN_BLACK.7z.001 chose extract (using 7zip). 2. u will get GT-I8150_COW_IN_BLACK.zip Can? But I can't get to extract the second file. What should I do??? |
