We've been living in this heaven since last year

You are not alone, mine also have problem(insight FL 2012) having sound after reaching 125km/h and above. Sound getting worst when drive more than 130km/h.

Meet 2 service center to report and rectify the problem. From their diagnose, this is because of front windscreen rubber not tight and wind goes in when reaching certain speed.

SC told there no replacement if my windscreen broken during repair.. so need to wait until they have stock??..!!!

I did test drive Prius C.. is ok but still felt Insight had better handling and 'power'. The Prius C interior is a major disappointment. Leaning towards Insight but just a bit concerned about the 'quality' issues mentioned in the forum.

dun have to. just drive slowly till the cold sign goes off.

I noticed there's several tinting solutions available (ecotint, lumilar, raytech, v-kool). Any recommendations on which would be suitable for the Insight? Or all of the above? What would be the typical cost?

anyone here prefer to drive with econ mode off? what is the furthest u can go with 1 full tank? for me is only 450 to 480km =(

toyota was cheaper then insight...however...toyota c is too small for me....u know malaysian thinking PLC,(Peng,Len,Jeng)(Cheap,Good,Wonderful)....so far u feel comfort with the ride?

just installed K&N drop in air filter..
can feel a little bit performance in pickup or just my 'placebo effect'..

yesterday received MSIG renewal notice..their estimate value RM97000..
plan change to others insurance..

all these comes down on budget and size. if prius c has the size of insight, definitely i get prius c.
to be honest, if prius (normal prius) price is similar to insight rather than 140k, definitely i get prius.

ofcoz we know Hybrid Synergy Drive better than ima,
is the budget and the needs of car space to be consider.

Yah, but Prius is so smooth during all the transition between ICE and electric and Air-Con always cold when stopped.

Prius C is actually RM3000 cheaper than Insight!

Thats the 'lurch'.

Its feels like the engine/gear suddenly free at very low speed before complete stop. U might feel awkward for now but as u get used to it, u can use it to crawl to the car in front.
