rakuten is like ebay without the auction bit in Japan where people open shops to sell stuff. I bought my mugen emblem there. I would say it depends on the shop tho. Some shops does not ship internationally and would require forwarding/proxy service

i used my own personal proxy service provider to get the emblem tho due to i have quite some stuffs i ordered with him from Japan. I can't remember which seller i did order from but i think it was generally safe for rakuten as i have ordered various stuff from them. but to get a modulo grill from japan, its going to cost a lot! why not try taiwanese websites?
