VR-P90 soapbar and normal humbuckers are not the same size. They each are mounted differently, as well. Normal humbuckers have legs on the end, and the mounting is done through the legs. VR-P90 soapbars have two mounting screws that go right through the middle of the pickup, into the guitar body.

For the versatility, i would suggest the opus-1..as for the JB, the closest in term of characteristics should be Plasma-3 bridge, and for the Jazz would be VR-3 or Plasma-X1 neck smile.gif
