just go to keyboard setting and choose swype...from swype keyboard look for a key with a globe logo with EN on top...then tap to change to ZH...and try to type with pinyin...

i guess you can do some searches online for more info....totally different OS tablets...if you ask in this thread I am sure most of us will say that GTab 10.1 is much much better than a playbook...

Hmmm...Everyone seems to be asking about ICS...But I think the Touchwiz ICS is not as good as you think. I've played with Tab 2 10.1 which is on ICS...The UI is as laggy as HC, so I would prefer running something similar to stock ICS, for example AOKP.

There is no official ICS update from Samsung yet, if you really want try ICS you will have to root and flash custom ROMs like AOKP and CM9 KANG but without Camera.

Hmm..Played with Tab 2 10.1 but didnt notice that it could make calls but according to GSM arena (below link), it does have GSM voice support.

I dont think you would be able to get Samsung OTA updates using custom ROMs. If you want you will need to revert back to Stock ROM for Samsung OTA update of ICS.

Not sure about using Kies though ... Coz I dont use...

for digi you need to add a APN yourself...it won't auto detect...i had the same problem prior to this..

just create a APN using 3gdgnet
