Big thx to bro Farscope for recommending the stock ICS over the Ganbarou I was using. Running for 1 wk plus now, no bugs found, smooth and stable

Anybody interested head to XDA and look for the stock ICS rom compiled by Toldo, its pre-rooted. I installed the Italian version.

the stock ICS is as good as i need and i do hope some dev will build a better ROM based on this ICS version before CM10 is mature enough..

i hv the same problem but found solution from net is un-install kies and download the latest kiew and install it
then also need to factory reset the tablet ...

i did it and it can connect now ...

u may try it ...

at last my Tab P7500 can make call.. Hell yeah

yes, i got mine to make calls also, it'll look ridiculous answering calls

hopefully, later can get bluetooth working

Yup, referring to our tab but I'm glad I'm wrong . With the new mod, we can use our tab to call. But how about the charges? Have to use normal sim card?

It's only for Galaxy Tab 10.1 3G Version.. and yeah.. need to use sim card with normal call plan.. charges depends on what call plan you're on..

Official ICS stock rom now available on sammobile. Just download this morning and flash with Odin. Yesterday I flash with Italy rom.

Morning guys,

Saw a new update for tab 10.1 at sammobile.I found out something today,i couldnt even connect my tab to the usb today.

Windows gives " USB not recognized" error.tried that on my laptop as well and i received the same error. Any of you guys got encounter this prob?

I've no problems charging my tab.

maybe can try play around in the settings like the USB debugging??

Windows 7 64bit and Windows 7 32bit .Previously working without any problems.Tried all usb ports already.

Also previously i could charge my tab when it's connected to the usb port.At some point it couldn't charge anymore except when the tab is off and connected to usb port.

no problem with your OS then.

trying to troubleshoot one by one now. have u tried google around for solutions? using a different USB cable maybe?

in HC 3.2 the USB charging is not enabled by default. requires some mod. but in ICS it is possible. you could charge it previously maybe because the supplied amp from the USB port is higher.

nevertheless, try troubleshoot all the possible software problems first before tackling the hardware i.e. warranty.

Okay,i found what's the dam problem already.i got to slightly bend the usb cable near the connector which plugs into the tab's ass.

Then miraculously it's working. -__- time for a new usb cable.
