I called LG Dream Service 180082282 5 times and they come out with excuses that all airconds are the same and my room is too big.  I asked them to top up the gas and it felt cool but lasted about a week then back to awful cooling performance again.

Lots of problems possible aircond not cold.

1. Dust and blockage
2. Coolant leak
3. Your ducting, which is copper tube wrapped around some spongy rubbery insulation is broken and since your cold air need to travel from compressor outside back into your room, the cold air is lost amongst your walls.
1,2 not very likely because your aircond is new. Why don't u ask an air cond service person to check it up?
