Today vrrom vrrom on NPE... saw a police car waving for a kapcai (with 2 fella) to stop... kapcai refuse to stop. So police lean out of window holding baton trying to whack them. before finally stopping infront of the bike... the bike.... made a U turn and go against the traffic to flee.. on the NPE... wah lan...
