What's the advantage of modifying the stock socket? No more tdc sensor cleaning needed in future ?

price is rm192+ (35% discount.. normal price is 290).. installation is rm30.. i'm using drop in with box mod to open air like.. no prob.. nice sound and power indeed..
act fast.. as i know only A.C.T tyre care centre carry this r3 exhaust.. only 10 unit all across malaysia.. r3 try to finish up old stock maybe..


you can view the step by step picture guide in savoc.net.. register and read or view the image.. open up box, open 4 bolt (size 10 if not mistaken).. either unplug wire or without unplug.. use wd40 or contact cleaner to clean inside the trottlebody and trottleplate (that plate inside.. u can use your finger to move it..)
then plug back everything.. do the soft reset (again view savoc.net for instruction).. and volla~ if still jerk on low gear, need to clean the tdc (crank case sensor).. look like butterfly. this one a bit hard to reach but easy to clean.. same.. search for the guide in savoc.net please..



well, mine also.. 2 year trouble free from jerk but i still clean my tb to make sure no jerking at low gear.. tdc just recently gave problem to me.. just spray wd40 (if lazy to open tdc and clean) and my ride now jerk free..

this thing sometimes depend on how dirty your surrounding.. and luck also..

Oil leak at power steering is a common problem. Mine happened after 4 years, so ok lar. Should be around RM350 to RM400...it's just a stupid nut....i say this nut at alibaba.com.....was very tempted to import it by the thousands...cost peanuts.(maybe less than RM1!!!)..but of course, quality dunno lar...made in china......But i suspect even the original Renault nut also OEM in China...

3) Power steering oil level went down (open engine comparment and check lar).

Yes, include labour. There are some other solution like some dunno what liquid put in can prevent power steering leakage probably can buy for RM30 or so...effective or not i dunno.

Seriously, heavy feeling is a placebo effect. It's how the intake system being effect. If you wanna take off the dragging feeling, it has to be the removal of catcon(but you're killin the environment). I have personally prefer to preserved the catcon, and only modded my mid and rear muffler. After changed to smaller muffler and bullet mid, mid range improve quite significant by the sacrifice of top speed & slightly weak pickup. I have no hard proof for all that, but I can feel the lack of response as I release clutch pedal everytime. But once the car start moving, the good feeling all coming back FC increased quite significantly due to the traffic condition of my daily routine. Most of the time I'm on 4th gear 60kmh So I guess the mid range efficiency benefited me most
