If they sei tiada mauntin takleh pasang, tell them use kabel tai kasi ikat depan akon coil whistling.gif

rubbish fan RM45. better ones RM60. Hai gred a.k.a DENSO RM80. Relay RM15. Upah RM30. Sendiri do the maths yawn.gif Got mine at discounted plice RM110 or RM120 can't remember, bao gah liao icon_idea.gif
Shawie aircond fan is directed by 1 relay, and that relay sambung to ECU and akon kompresor.

1) Hot enough, spin
2) Cold, don't spin
3) Timer from ECU. If spin terlampau lama, cut off(trafik jam kena cut off bcoz of this)
4) Kompressor jalan, spin(if inside cabin thermostat to minimal, yes it will still cut off)

Akording to my magician, Shawie water pump is dem powderful, when niu kar that taim hor, the radiator still very efficient. Therefore the fan is working at it's best and no nid to work hard. However, later the thermostat start to clogged up lar, radiator tank karat lar, this lar that lar, add up if radiator fan got cut off by ECU TIMER, then f*** lar doh.gif

To add, it's not a flaw. It was designed that way whistling.gif Who will expect France to have 30~40'C all day long shakehead.gif Be remind, the 1st generation Plotong GaGa back in 1985 also all overheat geh, until our local engineer put dual fan and reroute the wiring module, low temperature thermostat.

Problem: 2007AMT, Put in "D"/"R", accelerate until 2.5k rpm only can move, dragging the engine during 1st gear. 2nd Gear onwards all ok but got hiccup when AMT change gear.

Diagnose: Clutch position off the chart. Usual is 40-60% when engine running, or 60-70% when engine off.

Mine was at 79% during idle, 95% during engine on.

The problem is the Clutch Sensor spoiled and cannot sense the clutch position therefore ECU and Robotic arm cannot detect and change gear properly.

Solutions: Change the Clutch Sensor

Mechanic: Kirol San

Price: 500 Timing Belt, 280 Clutch Sensor (2nd hand), 180 Power steering switch, 85 Oil change and filter.
