try deleting the MMS configuration and reinstall it. after that try sending yourself an MMS first. if still can't received try sending MMS from other number to your phone. data packet must be enable for sending/receiving MMS.

How did you set the MMS setting before? I don't use digi, so not sure which number is it.
you can try using this setting

DIGI

1) Home>Settings>Wireless & networks>Mobile networks>Access Points Name
2) Menu>New APN
Name : DiGi Internet
User name : digi
APN: diginet
MCC: 502
MNC: 16
APN Type: default
(Others, blank)

try change APN type to MMS only. see if can send MMS.
