If your aim is to be DL's size, then yes, you need a fair bit more mass. Good leanness though.

I'm flattered. But please follow a conventional bb'ing diet. None one should eat like me. Trust me.

No one.

Nah man, not to say his genes not good, but if I calculate correctly, he's been working out for 6 to 7 years? Let's not dismiss his dedication and hard work.

many kind of exercise, like chest you have to know how to work out focusing on lower chest and middle chest and a bit side chest,
if too round then should focus on side chest and upper chest, a flat one just a normal chest exercise would do,
it is a bit harder to notice all these changes, having professional trainer or a friend to guide you is much better...

nope, maintaining is easy, just spend daily 30 min to 1hour to do normal exercise is enough,
building is much more harder smile.gif

you got good body, but you let others decide what to do with your body? thats not right man....

a man is measured by his ability to make decisions and stay true to it.

Best of luck and cheers

QFT.

He said in the original post that he wanted to be bigger, ala DL. I say if you've got a goal in mind, go for it and don't give a f*ck about what anyone else thinks about it.

Great that you can eat so much darklight.
But you say this really a lot that it makes me think that you're boasting lol.
Anyways, watch out for the cholesterol.
