How do ppl normally find jobs in Canada without first graduating there?

Is it possible to apply for some sort of permit so that we can go there and job-hunt??

SG is getting tougher due to overloaded FT issues,
Australia is getting more tougher after June with the new EOI,
US is definitely out of the question as many locals are unemployed and you are competing with them.

Canada would be difficult as well because US and Europeans might heading over there.

I think the last option is NZ, but NZ is getting more and more PRC and Ind...

Try long term business visa in NZ.
NZ welcome business entrepreneurs and investors who can contribute to NZ economy. Under Entrepreneur category, one needs to start a business that can bring benefits to the economy and has successfully traded for 3 years, one is eligible to apply for residency. There is no minimum amount of investment, the business needs to be relevant to one's business experience. There is also no academic requirement, however, one needs to have good English (IELTS 4). Under LTBV, immediate family can migrate together, kids can go to school free.
PM me if anyone interested to migrate via this option.
