I am unable to connect to the internet even though the following are checked :-

(i) username and password : correct
(ii) DSL light stable
(iii) SNR Margin : Average
(iv) Port/Line Reset again and again
(v) Sufficient Premium IP available
(vi) ID was not used by others (confirmed by streamyx staff).
(vii) Using non-premium ID can login and surf! Fark!

So what the heck is wrong! Anyone can give me other possibilities?
