Getting Started

Subscribed streamyx 4mbps. waited more than one week, speed no change (even slower). tm site say aag cable got prob, 13 jan fix but now speed still same. this one is my setting prob or they are sleeping while sucking peoples money?

And this the second time i get into this crap, 2 years ago got the same case.

I would go ahead and call them to let them know about it, or they will do nothing for you if you don't open a report.

call up 100 and say you are 4mbps user. ask them transfer your call to 4mbps department. ask them whatever you want.

its second level department, handling 4mb user case.
dont waste time talk to 100 agent, request to talk second level one.

4MB USER I am unable to connect to the internet even though the following are checked :-
(i) username and password : correct (ii) DSL light stable (iii) SNR Margin : Average (iv) Port/Line Reset again and again (v) Sufficient Premium IP available (vi) ID was not used by others (confirmed by streamyx staff). (vii) Using non-premium ID can login and surf! Fark!
So what the heck is wrong! Anyone can give me other possibilities?
