i am referring to that statement, and i am just telling you from personal experience, it's done in australia...making a statement of fact...openly and not in stealth...i don't know the answer, but i think it's not visa/mc that decides but the respective countries' regulatory bodies...2. as to the second part, i believe you mean "The truth is GST cannot be waived as it need to be paid to the government". Otherwise the whole thing makes no sense...
