Are you in a condo and using the VDSL BTU? If yes, then ok. If you're on optical, then ping is high. Speeds are good.

WR841ND cheap and good router but it wouldn't speed up your VIP5. What router did TM give you? Do you torrent?

Guys, isn't Unifi free for calling all TM Fixed line nationwide? Let say I am calling back to KK, Sabah, 088.

In MyUnifi, I got RM0.56 for voice. and I didn't even call mobile number before.

Agree with you on this too. HSBB should be open up as well.

The need to have the budget to have their own infrastructure as well. The reason TM is so well developed is because the government is supporting it. Others operators are private companies and are totally rely on their business. (Correct me if I am wrong)

And besides, to my understanding, Astro might be monopolizing but it doesn't restrict other company from having the same channel. Companies, eg TM, has to have an agreement with ESPN or any other channel to broadcast them, in other word, they have to pay. It is up to the company whether they want to sign an agreement with other channel provider...

Hi guys, just wondering, if I move my house, and the area is supported by UniFi, what is the procedure for moving address? Same procedure as streamyx?

Will technician or installer come over and settle for me? Or I have to settle myself?

Same price. No matter what ever type of property. Also, the place you are moving to must have unifi coverage as well. Then only can successfully make a relocation of service

Bro, do I need to contact TM for this or I can directly contact you after I request relocation in occ.unifi? biggrin.gif

Yes you can. Why not? No problem with that at all.
The agent or kedai TM you are going to register from must slot you in for this promo.
Routers a few but BTU none so far. Even if there is its not stable with unifi. However the BTU provided by TM is not too bad.

QUOTE(rattan @ Mar 26 2012, 01:32 PM)
ok to make things simple, after you upgrade to unifi you can still maintain the number that was attached to your streamyx. Unifi comes bundled with a new phone line. So there will be 2 different numbers assuming you didnt terminate the old number. Yes unifi line can support multiple telephone connection, you can also add additional DECT phone to avoid messy wiring.

Installation will depend on the contractor, on the installation date they will give you an exact figure and then you can nego with them from there till you are satisfied.

Hi, thanks rattan for the reply. The reason I want combo device is because of the messy wiring and I prefer using single plug... haha. Is there no BTU for VDSL connection?

For maintaining the old phone line, it is provided that u have a landed property right? Because UNIFI for high rise property is using the same VDSL telephone line, so you must terminate the old line, am I right? (Just want to clarify)
