Have to say, im very dissapointed with the workmanship of my unit. The developer HSB Development has not done enough supervision over its contractors.
We have sent a defects list in early November, major complaint yet to be addressed. Bad mosaic laying in bathroom, seals for the windows coming loose, paint chips, and now mould appearing in my unit corners. Any other owners facing similar issues?
