I have issues to bring here. Firstly i'm using the ancient motherboard ASUS P6T collaboration with i7 920.
Secondly my hard disk is already dead. So i want to try using SSD to my desktop. I know it can't fit with the new tech of SSD nowadays.
So i need help from all sifu here to recommending to me what the worth SSD that can fit and reliable to my motherboard.

I have a Samsung 830 in my laptop and I love it more than the M4s that I have in my desktops.

In the end, this will just be another SF-2281/2282 based SSD with synchronous NANDs (ONFi 2.x).
It's not going to outperform an Intel 520, but will match it. Good thing is that Hynix sell their products somewhat cheaper than most.

Meaning branding it SF but using a different silicon inside? I doubt they will though.

For RM800 you can get -
Crucial M4 64GB or Intel 330 60GB = ~RM280
For HDD you can get the Seagate 3TB (ST3000DM001) = RM480

Total RM760.

Reason getting the 3TB Seagate HDD is because it is the fastest HDD out there now after the Western Digital Velociraptor 1TB.
