Hey guys, I am in the middle of renovating my new house and want to find out if there is any solution to connect more tvs to one beyond box, where i can still watch in HD?

Last time the astro guy put a booster for my beyond box in my current house so i can watch astro in my bedroom as well. This has been working ok so far, but the quality is really bad. The hd channels come out very blur and the sound is very noisy sometimes. Watching it on my fullhd led tv makes it not worthwhile paying so much for the tv. mad.gif mad.gif mad.gif

Anybody has any solution for this?

Appreciate if fellow forummers who are more experienced can help and provide some advise. Thanks! icon_rolleyes.gif

***UPDATE***

Hey guys firstly I wanna say thank u to all who posted suggestions. This is my first time posting on lowyat and I am really surprise how responsive and helpful fellow forummers are. With the help of forummers I search on lowyat and found the solution. rclxms.gif rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

So just thought I share with anyone else who might be in my same situation.
The solution I found was to use two network cable (cat5e) to carry the HDMI to the other rooms.
It also carry the IR remote control so I can change channel from the other rooms. icon_rolleyes.gif

Went to visit a company that deals with HD video systems in Hartamas, was quite hard to find their contact. They have many kinds of ways to handle HD extension, was very impressed by their product line and knowledge. The sales person who handle my case was very helpful and patient. He explained what I needed to do and I gave them my contractors contact to liase the cable positioning and laying after brickwork done.

I have yet to start to use this solution as my house is still in renovating. But I had a demo at their office and was very impressed with the image quality comparison they showed me between standard RF cable and using the cat5e cable. They show to me side by side comparison, HUGE different. Decided to go ahead almost immediately as price was quite reasonable IMHO. thumbup.gif

If anybody else is also in renovation stage, I highly advise to give this guys a call. Better to do the cable nicely now then hack all over again later. If anybody need their contact, can PM me and I will give my sales persons number.

Looking forward to having everything installed. Now only need to find good HDTV to buy, anybody got suggestions for best value 50" screen?

Thank you all for your quick and informative replies.

I am very happy to know that it is possible to get HD picture in my bedroom. biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif
I will look into the solutions recommended here.

In my current house cannot change channel from the bedroom too, every time i wanna change channel have to go to my hall to do so.
It sucks when i wanna change channel during adverts and also wanna check other channels programs. doh.gif

Hey guys, I just wanna update on my situation and share a bit of my experience.
I found here on LYN a HD extender that also allows u to use remote control.

Here is the link: http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1489743/all

I visited their office in hartamas for a demo and am very happy with what i saw. I can say that the sales person i spoke with was very helpful and informative.

Right now i only bought the cat5e cables from them to install in the house first. Will update again once everything is installed and done. smile.gif

I tried the wireless HD extender in my current house, from my hall to my bedroom is less than 20m but the picture drops very often. If anyone walking by also the signal is affected and sometimes drops too.

My new house from bedroom to hall is even further so i dont think i will be going with that.

You need to know the Hz it use, the higher the number is harder going through walls. And if you have cordless phones, and Wifi in the same Hz range it may interfere the transmission too.
