After using ics on my pro, i notice considerable lag while launching apps and also while using them. Need to reboot quite often. Camera also seems a little buggy plus pics not so sharp even when there is enough light. The worst is battery, have to charge 2 or 3 times a day while on GB only once ....i want GB back, hehe..

Finally, I have successfully installed custom ICS kernel (Alliance kernel by night-elf) for my Xperia Neo.

Now I have root, recovery, swap support, overclocking/underclocking and USB On-the-Go support with NTFS/FAT/EXT2 support.

With root I removed bloatware and can free up to 56MB from stock.

With swap support, I will have no problem playing heavy games that uses more RAM. I got serious kicked to desktop problem. I wish Neo have 'true' 512MB of RAM, not 330MB

bro, ask u 1 question.if i re-lock bl with the patch method, can an unlock it back again? i am aware i cant use the Sony method to unlock it again as there is not code number anymore for the unlock..any other way u encounter during ur read?

i wan ask how to use flashtool. u got step by step guide? i try drag and drop the ftf for the relock bl patch, but cannot drop it pun on the main window of flashtool. msc done, driver installed..i wan ask, need do it in fastboot mode for PRO or setting in flashtool as well in fastboot mode? or neither?

honestly speaking, im quite nervous with the ICS upgrade now..got alot of stuff in my PRO and im not ready to backup it yet..adess...relocking bl will clash the v6 supercharger as well.. argh..duno will brick the unit or not...might as well i uninstall v6 now/ hmm..

i clicked the 'fash' button, it pop out flashmode & fastboot mode. which?

coz v6 requires unlock bl and lower busybox version..so might crash the unit and thus brick.

anyone know how to make xloud working again after install dsp manager ?

i install the dsp manager via recovery ..
it works but xloud not ..
not wonder la why my speaker so 'loud' recently ..
 

ah? i got cwm in my .58 fw wor..rooted version. so if use flashmode also nvm la hor? i dun wan to spend whole night recovering my unit if it bricked wor...hahahahah
