To simplify.
Rooting xperia pro android 4.0.4

1.Flash xperia neo v kernel 4.0.3 firmware .562 ONLY using flashtool.
2.Turn on the phone (u will see blank display,ignore but must comfirm it turned on,bcoz u will feel vibrate)
3.Root using doomlord method for ics (look on my link page before on page 86 or Here XDA)
4.Make sure on Mass Storage Mode,usb debugging,unknown resource,and run the runme.bat
If it say adb expired or waiting device too long after plug ur phone, on cmd inside folder "file",use command "adb kill-server" later it try to detect back or using task manager,kill "adb.exe"
5.After it say done rooting,i think after 2nd reboot,remove battery and unplug usb.
6.Put back ur battery,and by using flashtool,flash back xperia pro 4.0.4 KERNEL only to the phone.

For the CWM for ics,just do like on my link before,it was easy method rather than root.

For the Clockworkmod recovery for ICS

1.Download SE Tweak Installer or Link download
2.Select from list "PRO"
3.Install
4.Done,u get the CWM.


And forgot to tell,this also can be used to MK15/Xperia Neo. just use the neo kernel 4.0.4 Here.

also, using SUS i manage to reflash my ICS, yet the keyboard still not fixed yet..i assume SUS did not recognize my device properly...il try with SPC now..

so i replace that kernel with the step 1 from rexstor?

4. But your phone will show blackscreen (because locked bootloader - mismatched kernel ) but that doesnt mean you cant connect through ADB .
5. Download DOOMLORD 's easy root toolkit for ICS
6. Switch on the phone and connect to the PC
7. Root your phone with the toolkit .
8. Then, flash this original ICS kernel for Xperia Pro
