I think it looks pretty slick though and it has potential but Microsoft needs to add support for more powerful hardware. Their Marketplace though still not as good as Android Market and App Store are gaining traction recently. smile.gif
I think Windows Phone have potential really. nod.gif

Hardware limitation is thanks to Microsoft. And the cons of Lumia 900 over Lumia 800 is there's no more curve glass! sad.gif
Both Titan II and Lumia 900 will be available on AT&T in US. I wonder which will consumer choose. 16mpx vs Carl Zeiss. hmm.gif

iPhone 4s is running on 512 ram as well. 1080p recording isn't necessary for a phone IMO.

On an unrelated note: Lumia 900 just won CNET's Best Of CES 2012!

But most consumers would think otherwise. Having a feature that they may not use matters somehow. unsure.gif

And the Lumia 900 is rumoured to be heading over to UK in June. However, that's kind of late knowing that how saturated the market is with much better options. doh.gif
Still, looking forward to its arrival in Malaysia. smile.gif

Lumia 900 doesn't have a curved glass display. The curve glass display is really awesome.

And now Lumia 900 will be coming to our shore in a global version which obviously doesn't offer LTE but has HSPA+ instead. rclxms.gif

the most important is this 1830mAh  battery capacity!!

1830 on a WP7.5 phone single-core and running only at 3.5g network max. Seems like this phone will have quite a good battery life. rclxms.gif

Are you sure ? There is some mistakes on the site. =.=

Not surprised that there's mistake. Many times Nokia made mistakes ady. They stated Lumia 710 as having 16GB storage on their website when it just launched. doh.gif

Just realise it done have curved glass then the screen wont be so stunning like 800?or it almost the same?
*
Probably not as stunning. The curve screen makes it as though the images and words are floating on the glass but without the curve screen, well, like normal display la I guess.
Besides, Lumia 800 pixel density will be higher than that of Lumia 900 but Lumia 900 has a non-pentile AMOLED display which should be much pleasing to look at when viewing text. Don't come and talk and say pentile does not matter, are you sticking your eyes that close and all that talk. Non-pentile is better than pentile that's it. Don't be bias. @.@

Yes, the pixel density is lower. So, in terms of sharpness, it's worse but look at the bright side of Lumia 900 as well. It is a non-pentile AMOLED screen. I would rather have a larger size and non-pentile on Lumia 900 than the pentile display on Lumia 800.

Lumia 900 is basically similar to 800 with a larger screen. smile.gif

huMmm, pentile<tft screen< amoled  < super amoeld screen?

Im not sure if Lumia 800 have pentile screen, but if it have, so shall be N9 too..which I'm not sure what is the difference between pentile and non pentile screen.

from what I noticed...pentile screen = miniature checker board screen?
*
Yes, N9 has the same pentile display. The problem with pentile display is the images aren't as sharp. But as pixel density increases, the side effects of pentile isn't that noticable. SuperAMOLED is just Samsung's marketing scheme to name their AMOLED display. SuperAMOLED Plus on the S II by Samsung is a non-pentile AMOLED display. The subpixel for a pentile display is lower than a non-pentile display.

Personal preference, I prefer non-pentile anytime. Just can't take the effect of pentile display. But the pentile effect on the Lumia 800 isn't that bad actually. The effect on Samsung Galaxy S and Motorola Razr is quite bad. Can't stand it.

Lumia 900 will have no such issues though I'm worried that the pixel density may be too low that pixelation may occur due to the low number of actual pixel per inch. Let's just wait for demo units to appear in Nokia Store to judge for this matter. smile.gif

AMOLED has true blacks as the black areas are completely off. The pixels that aren't displaying anything is completely off. Pros, saving electricity and the contrast ratio is very good. Good for watching videos and movies.

LCD on the other hand has the light shining through all the pixels even if it's black. So, you see black as a very dark grey or milky grey instead of true blacks. LCD produces more natural colours compared to AMOLED till date. But I'm guessing this is more of a software tuning than the actual AMOLED panels itself. hmm.gif
