Was wondering if anyone already signed up for the rm29 promotion that california fitness is havin? juz wanted to know how it really works. does it mean even at 29 ringgit , i could access everything in there? or is there any terms and conditions that's not really highlighted?

Everything has terms and conditions in fine print. Even with reputable fitness centres. Be careful and ask as many questions as needed. The sales reps there in ANY fitness centres are full of shit. Trust me, i had 2 friends who worked as PT's and they quit in a few months.

stella, then join the 7-days trial.. u can go everyday.. try not to go to midvalley's one.. forever pack.. standard chartered is much better.. at least i dun hafto queue for the equipment that i want to use..

i have join CF in standard chartered, also a lot of ppl there after work. but no need to queue, though treadmill area some time will be full.

yeah.. preferred female room is meant for females oni.. less ppl.. but less equipment oso ler.. in a small room.. cannot expect much.. but i think its sufficient.. with treadmill, airwalker, etc etc.. ok lor..

i joined the 1-month trial..i can go anytime of the day, any day, full access to all facilities, even towels, like full member la..but for 1 month..

rm29 a month is very cheap already...

As for the 7 days trial..they will always have it as a try out for new comers.

12-4pm is only like quarter/half occupied at that time....
the peak hours are only after 6..

you can enjoy yourself there all you want from morning till 6

Hmm i took up the trainer thing ... it's supposed to be 100 over per session .. somehow they gave me promotion coz i acted as if i'm not interested and walked away lol .. at the end i got 89 ...

today i will go again(my 3rd day).

I have join the RM 29 package on November, overall its great given this is only the first time i was in a gym. The facilities is fantastic, the personal trainers are very helpful, whenever they see that u did it wrongly they will walk towards you and enlightened you on the proper way to do it. It will cost RM 85 for the personal trainer to train you for a session, but if you are friendly enough there is always a way to get the personal trainer to teach without paying extra. Just make friends with them.

SO far...what is the cheapest monthly fees u get in california..

There's another package which is RM105 monthly, but u can only go either on:
- Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun
- Tues, Thurs, Sat, Sun
- Mon - Fri (before 5pm or after 9pm), Sat(before 1pm or after 5pm), Sun(anytime).

depend...both also got pro and con...there is no clear answer which is better...depend ur convenience...

Standard Ch - a lot of parking space...but expensive...flat rate also RM3.50 per entry..after 6pm only for week days...compare with MV, cheap rm3 weekend rm1 weekday..but if u go in on weekend at 1-3pm..sure hard to find parking because peak time...

and most important...can shopping at MV after gym...but Standard Ch also can but need walk a bit only...

so...anyone can get offer lower than Rm128 per month..except package.

Just walk in and you will be asked to fill in a form and their consultants will bring you around the gym.

After that they will tell you their offers and you can go back another day if you're interested in joining

you will hardly regret to join CF..
