Hi, you will need an additional CRC9 connector for Huawei E355.

Panel and Yagi Antennas are mono-directional, which maximizes transmission distances.
Commonly used outdoor for direction finding, remote communication.
It is used to point at the nearest cell tower if your entire area is affected by low or poor reception/signal.
This will improve speed, reception, signal and stability.

Omni Antenna is multi-directional with 360 ° radiation.
Being multi-directional, it is also suitable for use as a repeater or for a network base station too.
Commonly used for covering range in near distance.
It is also used to prevent blockages where your area is with good coverage but due to blockage you're facing low signal or reception.

Hi there

Huawei E372 is also equipped with CRC9 external antenna slot.
Therefore the connector is identical with E355.

Hope that helps smile.gif

COD'ed with their runner last night
Polite guy and does his job very well

Item bought : Omni 10dBi external antenna

At first, they messed up my order as they've given me a wrong connector. But i dont blame her/them as i know they got a lot of orders to be deal with.So i've SMS'ed their boss(i guess) at 10pm last night, surprisingly she replied me and even gave me a good advice not to force push it as it might break my device. After several SMS,she agreed to exchange me with the correct one.

This morning(30 minutes ago), COD again with the runner and managed to get the correct one.Again, the runner is very polite.I cant remember how many times he said sorry coz given me the wrong connector(more than 5 times i guess).lol.kudos to him.

Went back home, connect everything.Walla

Previously my speed was only 1.8Mb/s maximum as my coverage here is not so good(maximum only 2 bar), but now it increases A LOT

Take a look at my signal now :

Attached Image

From 1-2 bars to stable 4 bars.Except of in my bedroom, managed to get 3 bars only.
Time for me to find the sweet spot in my room, most probably on my cupboard. tongue.gif

I'm very happy with the perfomance now.
Thanks a lot

Hello bro, I'm using huawei E1762 modem. I would like to buy this antenna. What kind of antenna best suit for my modem. And how much overall cost to get the antenna. I'm currently staying at Rawang.

My problem are:-

1.I think my 3G signal was not good. Sometime 2/3 bars only, and sometime no bar at all. And it keep changing to HSPA,HSDPA(Maybe its not stable)
2.Blockage area, got 'bukit2' and "pokok besar" near my house.
3. I'm playing online game, so i think i need a stable signal, so that my game will not lag and etc.

Can you please suggest the best antenna suit for my modem and problem. Thank in advance.
