I am in the same situation.
I actually lost my sim card cos Im using a postpaid now with Maxis since most of my clients use Maxis=cheaper.

So I found it and the next day it got terminated.
After 9 years they want to terminate it.

When my celcom was terminated after 4-5 months!! of being non-active, they still can re-activate it.
I dont understand why Digi can't do it.

the sad part is that the day before my sim got terminated i received a call from a friend who is overseas. this number is from my high school days in international school so once in a while i get calls from my overseas friends.

bloody hell now they cant contact me and i lost my vip no.

is there no grace period like celcom?

haha usually that's the case
but 2 things that i dont understand;

1) celcom has grace period, i got my vip no. back even after the grace period expired so it was already terminated!
2) my mom stays overseas and she went almost a year without topping up, just receiving msgs. she also uses prepaid.
