one ICS, one is gingerbread. in terms of screen resolution, design and camera sony wins. Other than that, Gnex wins. One more thing, we dont know when does xperia S selling in malaysia. By the time it reach here, SGS 3 or other quad core phone coming in already
*
The design is just superb drool.gif But I always have doubt on Sony UI, so at the moment GNEX still wins my heart! rclxms.gif

One thing to note, 2012 is gonna be a busy and bleeding year for Android fans! laugh.gif

Bought this lastnight and recieve notice it was mail out today. this is the most expensive backcase I have ever bought for my smartphone. Inclusive delivery it cost US $ 35. Reputed to be the slimmest backcase available - received very good reviews at XDA

http://www.rearthusa.com/galaxy_nexus_slim.html

That is one cool case! Drop us some review later biggrin.gif

Ya, please write a review about this case. It looks awesome! *and the price too~ laugh.gif *

New batteries usually take 10 full charge and discharge cycles to reach full potential smile.gif

Can I be on the user list on first page? smile.gif

My nexus was very hot around the area of camera, front and back when I surf last night. I do not know the weak reception is causing this?

And sorry for this noob question... Can someone lead me to how can I stop the banner ads while playing game? It is irritating... :s
*
Ya, I realized my Gnex is very hot especially around the camera area when I surf net or whataspp/Line.. What's wrong?

QUOTE(lonetitans @ Jan 13 2012, 10:09 AM)
I second phantomash you wont go wrong getting this phone. The screen is marvelous and the response is as good as iOS,if not better.

Camera wise its zero shutter lag is great, though night shots may appear slightly more grainy. My comment is based on stock ICS.

PS previous iphone user also smile.gif
*
Gotta admit the camera performance is so so only. Not sure Im the only one realize this but the camera seems do not auto focus well before it shoot.. vmad.gif

QUOTE(benny888 @ Jan 13 2012, 10:40 AM)
Smoothness and user experience is better than SGS II and Note. Only thing I dont like is the softer speaker tones and the position of the vol rocker
*
Yes, I think to design the speaker at the back of the phone is a mistake tho coz most of the time our phones are face up which cause some of the volume blocked. doh.gif

its normal, don't have to worry about that. It's 1.2Ghz dual core running underneath, the heat does not disappear magically. tongue.gif
yea, but I notice the camera has been improved on 4.0.3, I have no problem with the auto focus now.
*
I see.. Guess I need to wait for the official release for 4.0.3 first.. Hmm, wonder when is it... hmm.gif
