I don't mind if they have EPP. But paying 2099 up front very painful... >.<

Yes, there will be ton of customization, even now AOKP that is developed based on CM9 already has plenty of customization, CM9 isn't even beta state yet.

is CyanogenMod...
one of the most popular ROM cooked by Cyanogen in android.
CM7 was developed for android v2.X
CM9 developed for android v4.X
you will have the access as superuser to fully control your phone with tons of customizations.
and provide you better performance too.
e.g. Overclock your CPU, GPU..etc.
someone overclock the GNex and now became the fastest phone in android even faster than GS2 from the benchmark result.

during ARHD 2.1.2, I also encounter hot-reboot during browsing twice. I don't want to waste time to troubleshoot and understand the root cause. straight away move to AOKP + fanco. Now I'm satisfied on these.

mainly faster, and more power saving. But there may be bugs introduced by the custom tweaks if the ROM is not stable. Also there are ROMs like AOKP that bake mods into ROMs that extend the functionality. I'm using bigxie's V6 ROM though, mainly because its really close to stock, but with performance optimization.

Best is you just try it yourself smile.gif

or maybe watch this video, you can see some of the mods that are baked into the ROM. Especially settings toggles at the notification area.

Actually there's only one custom ROM with the "Kang" word, and that's AOKP, Android Open Kang Project.
