I've just registered for this new SOHO project by LYL Group at Batu tiga...
Is it worth to buy?  Only 3k down payment...The design looks kinda nice and the package is quite attractive.. but too bad no DIBS that's why they give so much discount.. Attached is the details i got from their sales counter at Tesco Shah Alam.. Do you think is good for investment?...Please advice thanks.. though it is located in Shah Alam but it under MPSJ..
