Hv anyone heard of virtual CD/DVD writer? Daemon/Alcohol120 creates a virtual CD/DVD reader but not writer.
I need to create Recovery Disks from my Vista machine which doesn't have a DVD writer. I've another machine(notebook) which has the DVD writer. So what I wanted to do is to emulate a DVD writer on the vista machine and create the recovery disks in ISO image. And I can then transfer over to my notebook to burn. Is this possible?

yes, u can use alcohol120% to create & emulate too.

Got problem after i use alcohol 120 to mount an iso file image.
My computer can't find any supported files in the drive.
It cant auto run too.
There's only files with these formats. (CVM, BIN,AFS, IMG, IRX, PSS, DIR, SPEED DIAL, 89 FILE.)
plz help.

when i mount the image on a virtual drive using alcohol 120, nothing happen. I tried mount other image and a setup screen come out automatic and i can start install the game (like normal). only 1 of them cant, and im seeking for help.

Cause you extract the MPG files from the VCD, then you add the files into the DVD authoring software, and they'll do the rest... easy   |

Anybody can help me?
I've downloaded a movie and when I extracted it, it became two files (audio_ts & video_ts). I do not know what software to use to burn it to a dvd or how to go about doing it?
