i hv download a game from bitcomet, and the format was BIN and CUE, wat should i do to it?? how do i install the game??

today i downloaded a game from the internet, and after i install the game i deleted the .iso zip file, how can i create it back? i already extract all the file, now i want to make it back to .iso zip file format, how to do it?
