Hi people and experts out there. Just want to know your opinion on this, Is Gateway Kiaramas worth buying now for investment ?
level 28 743 Built-up (SqFt) = rm 580k --------------- estimate rental collection = 2.8k - 3k level 19 743 Built-up (SqFt) = rm 535k -------------- estimate rental collection = 2.6k - 2.8k Maintenance Fees/mth RM 208.04 Any opinions ?
