Look at question 7.

Seems Aberdeen is not in question 7, then should be entitle for the discounts..
*
Just got a reply from the ever helpful & fast Eugene.
Snippets:

"For Aberdeen’s fund, the setting is similar to other funds where you will enjoy the FSM Rewards Program."

"Yes, all the funds under HwangIM is not applicable to any sales charge discount under normal circumstances. For the order on 26 Jan 2013, all the funds including HwangIM will entitle to 0.5% sales charge."

Looks like i'll be loading up a bit on Hwang's Global Property Fund.. i dislike bulk purchase but... need to rebalance badly cry.gif (stuck between a rock & a hard place)

Wah you guys really going lump sum meh!
*
Nah, personally i'm going to (use 1) : (keep aside 1.5) of the cash to rebalance only
ie. 1/2.5 * $x
reasoning - if this lump sum falls 50%, my remaining 1.5x if buy-in at 50% fall & go back up 50% only, i'd still make 20%+ hehe - IF lar

Edited with correct ratios AFTER caffeine injection tongue.gif

Situ, you always email direct to Eugene? Or to client help, then Eugene reply from there?
*
hehe - i usually email Eugene directly, hardly email client help other than 1st time. That's when Eugene took up my case.
I did ask whether what is the norm process / windows & he said to email him.
Dunno whether norm or not though - i must be be giving him some extra pains as a customer with non-stop Qs sweat.gif

Don't think you'll loss Gold status in PM when switch out from equity. It depends on MGQ and I think I maintain my MGQ even after I cash it as my MGQ currently is higher than total invested.
*
er.. i think Kaka & us were talking about DIRECTLY plonking into MMarket or Bond funds which counts towards Silver & Gold member, unlike PM's MGQ which is only "earned" if it's a "loaded" unit (bonds/MM funds are considered low load, not "loaded").

Thus, U are right but i think "on a different channel" notworthy.gif

Took the opportunity with 0.5% SC. Normally no discount for Hwang Fund even for Gold Member. vmad.gif

Yar lor - @ Hwang's booth, i waited to ask them "What's so special or "special" about Hwang's that even gold members are not given 0.5% discount? vmad.gif " but.. too many other uncles were there to ask dumb Qs just to get freebies cry.gif

Calling Wong Seafood wongmunkeong !

We should ask FSM to make this thread their official LYN page, see we made so many jump onboard the FSM ship thumbup.gif

U VIP client, ur words should carry more weight tongue.gif
*
bwahaha... Me? VIP? Very Institutionalized Person maybe lar as in Happy Hospital type of institutions tongue.gif.

Anyhow, no harm in throwing a brick @ FSM to use this channel as support & info dissemination. Let's see if Eugene & gang are game & can sell the idea to their bosses.

True also sweat.gif

But seriously we need to amend Post #1...the "How safe is it?" question is a bit doh.gif
*
yeah, on & off, I get PMed asking how can FSM be safe vs big PubMut doh.gif

Anyhow, I've emailed him on it, see worth selling the idea of info/clarification area, not investment per se.
