Took advantage of the recent promotion and got myself invested in 7 different funds. Still a newbie in unit trusts. Hope to learn a whole lot more from the sifus here. Current exposure stands at 50% bonds and 50% equity... where 40+% is invested in Malaysia, 20+% in Asia ex-Japan, 20+% in global equities (Aberdeen) and the rest in GEM. Aiming at earning higher than FD returns and wealth preservation. Don't know if my portfolio will cut it, just have to monitor.

Its not everyday you get 0.5% sales charge . Was hogging the laptops at the fair for quite some time. Ppl waiting behind must have cursed me.

Haha no prob. Just adding more diversity into my portfolio. Still a newbie, would probably take months or years to perfect them. Thanks for the input.
