yep, did it the moment it was released. Works like a charm! Loving the new icons and faster response. Everything else eg xbmc, etc works the same.

It can be used anywhere really, you're not limited with the region like a locked iphone.

Depends on what you plan to use it for, if you wanna just use xbmc, there's a cheaper alternative like the raspberry pi.

How much is the price you're getting for that JB atv2?

ATV2 on ebay is selling sky high which is not worth at all for a used product that doesnt even do full HD.

i would definitely have a nervous breakdown if after i won the bid paying a lump sum of money from my paypal account only to find out that ATV3 JB is available the next day.

install xbmc in your iphone/ipad/mac and airplay to atv3
